All incoming clients will be evaluated to determine their baseline physical state and identify areas of strength or weakness. Utilizing these observations, a training program will be designed specifically for them, focusing on areas that need improvement while also balancing the clients individual goals to form a comprehensive training program that addresses all important attributes and leads to a happier and more effective training experience.

Strength training in private & semi-private styles are offered at JD Performance location @ 215 N Payne St. Alexandria, VA 22314. Private is defined as only 1 participant and the trainer in the session Semi Private is defined as 1-3 participants and the trainer in the session
